Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Capability Development
Design and implement a scalable, data-informed sales training framework that enhances capabilities across the sales funnel. Customize programs for both B2B and B2C teams, focusing on consultative selling, negotiation, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
Commercial Strategy Design & Execution
Lead the development and execution of integrated commercial strategies across both B2B and B2C segments. Identify and capitalize on market expansion opportunities, define high-potential customer segments, and craft effective channel strategies to drive top-line growth and strengthen competitive positioning.
Strategic Project Ownership
Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects with executive and working team visibility to drive and transform new business models. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and yield measurable impact.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Act as a strategic partner to Product, Marketing, or others to ensure commercial initiatives are aligned and fully supported. Influence cross-departmental collaboration to maximize business impact.
Change Management & Communication
Champion change across the commercial team and all stakeholders by effectively communicating strategic initiatives, securing buy-in, and driving adoption of new strategies, tools, processes, and ways of working.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales enablement, commercial strategy, or strategic project management.
Strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of B2B and B2C sales models.
Proven experience in designing and executing sales training that drives sustainable commercial success.
Excellent project leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategic actions.
