Application, System Analysis, Design and Development & Project Management:
Work closely with Business Analyst to gather the business requirements, implementation, and perform any analysis needed until the projects completed
Handle system, application analysis, design and development
Prepare all project documents concerns
Follow application development and maintenance IT standards
Develop applications according to business requirements
Provide and run software testing (e.g. Unit test, System integration test UAT, Performance and Security test) to ensure that the deliverable meets the quality
Handle application maintenance work and provide production support after project go live
Other areas:
Full fil both department and individual goals, working well within the team and other departments.
Research and make recommendations on software products and services in support of procurement and development efforts
Support IT and users/customers to solve problems & provide solutions
Provide training for users to make them familiar with the system and applications
Coordination & Collaboration Management:
Coordinate and cooperate within the department as well as inter-departmental teams in order to work collaboratively and effectively among teams
Must Have
Degree in Management Information System, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Computer or other related field
At least 5 years in Application Design and Development, Application Maintenance and Support, or other related field in Insurance or Bank industry
