Main purpose of the role :

• Execute the strategic initiative for Manufacturing quality to be success and continuous improvement on manufacturing quality control also align with production process capability.

Key accountabilities :

• Establish, plan and execute all strategic initiative within MQ team to be success within time frame.
• Create new ideas, follow up and implement continuous improvement for Manufacturing quality contro.
• Monitor quality result at finish goods final inspection and redesign, propose optimum inspection plan, revised standard, methodology and tolerance product to rely on process capability.
• Initiate new capability or innovation or technic to support MQC function.
• Review inspection method, tool&gage design, process flow in MQC function to more robust and effectivenes.
• Risk evaluation on MQC function and mitigation action provided.
• Quality skill development course outline and method provided, evaluate and monitoring the result in both MQC and Production.
