Spare Parts Export Sales Officer

Job Description:

• Coordinate with customer (Honda Group & Distributor in Asia & Oceania Region) and internal for supply parts.
• make shipment booking & follow up shipment with shipping forwarder by follow regulation.
• Prepare data for make tax privileged.
• Conduct sales and profit analysis.
• Monitor report for own account and overall export KPI.
• Follow up payment from customer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, English or any related fields.
• At least 1-3 years in Export functions or relate fields.
• Good command in English both speaking and writing (TOEIC score at least 650).
• Have vehicle technical knowledge is preferable.
• Knowledge in export regulation is preferable.
• Good command of Microsoft office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint program.
