Responsibilities:
Manage the company’s social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Regularly update and publish content across all platforms accurately, promptly, and in line with current trends.
Write engaging, concise, and brand-consistent captions that effectively communicate key messages.
Monitor and analyze social media trends and topics to apply them creatively in content or campaigns.
Monitor comments and messages from followers, respond professionally, and handle potential issues or online drama tactfully.
Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, and relevant teams to produce high-quality social media content.
Qualification:
Aged between 22–30 years, open to all genders. New graduates are welcome.
At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts (a portfolio of previous work is a plus).
Strong understanding of how social media platforms work, especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to summarize content clearly and effectively.
Highly responsible, collaborative, adaptable, and able to work well under changing circumstances.
Passionate about social trends, news, music, artists, and entertainment events.
Ability to analyze backend data or use analytics tools will be considered a plus.
