[SO] Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer (Middle Level) to join our team in developing and applying state-of-the-art Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to solve real-world problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that deliver business value. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in ML/AI and a passion for creating impactful solutions.

• AI/ML Model Development: Design, build, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using Python and popular frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• AI System Design: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop AI-powered applications that meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards.

• Data Processing & Feature Engineering: Analyze and preprocess structured and unstructured data; apply feature extraction techniques to prepare datasets for model training.

• Model Evaluation & Improvement: Evaluate model performance using statistical and real-world metrics; suggest and implement enhancements as needed.

• Natural Language Processing (NLP): Apply NLP techniques such as text classification, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and language modeling where applicable.

• Model Deployment: Work with DevOps or engineering teams to integrate and deploy AI models into production environments, ensuring robustness and maintainability.

• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML, and apply new methods and tools to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Quality & Testing: Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous testing, documentation, and participation in code reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Graduated from Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), or its member universities is a strong advantage.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.

• Proficient in Python and ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets.

• Experience in NLP and familiarity with libraries like spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face is a plus.

• Knowledge of model deployment tools (e.g., Docker, Flask, FastAPI, MLflow) is a strong advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in collaborative academic environments.

• Good communication skills and the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts.

• Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge in Data Analytics (e.g., Power BI, SQL).
     

  • Proficiency in a second language, such as Chinese, or German.
