Handle inbound customer calls and deliver clear, accurate information regarding installations, maintenance, technical issues, and product details
Process service requests received through web portals, fax, EDI, and other channels
Coordinate service appointments by managing schedules, confirming bookings, and handling rescheduling
Utilize CRM systems to log, categorize, and track customer issues for analysis and follow-up
Prepare and submit regular reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on metrics such as call volume, issue types, response and resolution times, and customer feedback
Investigate and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and promote long-term loyalty
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Vietnam time)
Excellent communication Japanese communication skills, both verbal and written (JLPT N2 or above)
0-2 years of experience working in a call center environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based applications
Knowledge about concierge services
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to engage with customers and create a positive customer experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily work processing deadlines
Ability to work effectively without supervision
Strong in leadership, empathy, communication, and team orientation
