Core Responsibilities

• Sustainability strategy – ensuring for source of supply has completed 100% verification and traceability through Sustainability Agriculture Initiative (SAI) standard as a sustainable source of root supply in Thailand both waxy cassava and regular root in farmers’ network.
• Stakeholder engagement – engage with customers and external stakeholders to translate the enquiry into sustainable approach and support business demand such as greenhouse gas reduction, regenerative agriculture.
• Sustainability innovation – work closely with Agricultural Technology Solution Expert to identify for agricultural practices and ensure for sustainable root supply.
• Sustainability education – educate both internal and external stakeholders to comprehend and internalize with the sustainability knowledge and goals for sustainability concepts in agricultural products.
• Safety and Quality System - Responsible for reporting the potential or the risk that might impact the safety of workers or working environment or food safety food safety management systems to upper ordinates or identified persons. Coordinate to analysis root causes, setup corrective / preventive actions and summarize report. Cooperate with implementing Food Quality and Safety Management systems such as FSSC 22000, GHPS, HACCP, HALAL, KOSHER, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NON – GMO and others according to company policy.

Mandatory Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Agri-Economic, Supply chain, Agriculture, Operations management, Engineering chemistry and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in Sustainability in commodity sourcing or general procurement required.
• English fluency, both written and spoken.

Desirable Requirements

• Prior experience in a multi-national company is preferable.
