Job Description

• Drafting various of contracts, for example, lease, sale and purchase, services, construction, hotel management, hotel franchise agreements, for Thailand business.
• Liaison and contact with the government agencies in Thailand including Land Office, Department of Provincial Administration, Municipality, DBD, Revenue Department.
• Handling/Supporting the land and property acquisition (leasehold and freehold), M&A, hotel management, hotel franchise matters in Thailand.
• Handling the hotel management, hotel franchise, hotel operation legal related documents and corporate registrations (DBD).
• Handling/Supporting the insurance, litigation and intellectual properties.
• Handling any matters related to the Authorization and Power of Attorneys relevant to above matters.
• Handling/Supporting the Legal Department Data Management relevant to above matters.
• Coordinating with other departments and provide legal advice relevant to above matters
• Performing any duties and/or tasks assigned by Head of Legal.

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Law
• Lawyer’s License and Notarial Services Attorney are required
• At least 5-10 years of experience in law firm / in-house company
• Experienced in the land and property acquisition (leasehold and freehold), cooperating and liaison with the government agencies (such as, Land Office, Department of Provincial Administration, Municipality, DBD, Revenue Department)
• Experienced in M&A project, hotel management, franchise and operations is a plus
• Knowledge of laws and regulation related to the listed company (SEC/SET), contract and intellectual properties is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Thai and English)
• Strong communication and presentation capability
• Able to travel upcountry
• Good negotiation skills
