Senior Service Intelligence (Data Analyst)

Key Responsibilities:

• Define key measures and set up appropriate monitoring to indicate service status
• Review the service status across infrastructures to assess risk levels, address issues with relevant teams, and progress open actions
• Analyze both client level and system level usage data and be able to provide insights and recommendations
• Provide regular reports to key stakeholders to communicate the current status and drive actions to a timely closure

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, Technology, or Operations Management.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical thinking
• Strong data analytical skill
• Strong administrative and organizational skills required, as is a focused attention to details
• Strong solid understanding of Microsoft Excel (preferably to advanced level)
• Good background in data visualization concept and tools. Tableau knowledge is preferred
• Good background in any programming or scripting languages. Python knowledge is preferred
• Good communication in English and strong social skills required
• 2-3 years of experience working in a technical environment or with a technical organization
