Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Minimum of 3-5 years of Marketing Manager position and extensive experience in Marketing, Brand Management, and commercial leadership within MNCs, ideally in the FMCG sector.
Proven success in managing brands and campaigns driven by consumer insights, creative excellence, and innovation.
Expertise in crafting integrated commercial and communication plans that deliver measurable ROI and tangible business results.
Experience managing brands across their lifecycle (innovation, incubation, high growth, maturity) and navigating complex geographic dynamics.
Proficiency in digital marketing and multichannel campaign execution.
Proficiency in industry, brands and consumers research, analytics and insights generation
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with solid business acumen.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate internally (global/local cross functions) & externally (agencies/partners).
Proficiency in resource planning and efficient allocation of large-scale investments.
