1. Develop and Implement Key Account Strategy
Design and execute a comprehensive Key Account Strategy aligned with GHTK’s B2B growth vision.
Research and analyze market trends and industry-specific needs (FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, Retail, E-commerce Logistics).
Build and deploy Key Account Growth Plans that enable customers to grow in partnership with GHTK.
2. Lead and Develop the Key Account Team
Manage and coach the Key Account Management team (Upper KAM, Senior KAM, and KAE).
Foster negotiation, solution design, and B2B project management capabilities within the team.
Create a collaborative and growth-oriented environment built on the principles of “customer-first – market-led – solution mindset.”
3. Manage Strategic Accounts & Negotiate High-Value Contracts
Directly lead negotiations and finalize high-value, complex contracts with key clients.
Ensure long-term, sustainable partnerships with top-tier brands.
Serve as GHTK’s senior representative to major clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
4. Collaborate & Optimize Operational Delivery
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Pricing, Data, and Tech teams to design tailored logistics solutions for each enterprise client.
Monitor and achieve KPIs related to revenue, loyalty, and customer experience.
Provide regular reports to the Executive Board, highlighting growth opportunities and challenges.
5. Contribute to GHTK’s B2B Strategy Development
Act as a key advisor, offering market and customer insights to inform GHTK’s broader B2B logistics strategy.
Propose loyalty programs and innovative services to elevate the value of strategic partnerships.
II. Job Requirements
1. Experience & Expertise
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Key Account Management or B2B Sales (preferably in Logistics, FMCG, Retail, or E-commerce).
At least 3 years of experience leading and managing teams within KAM or B2B Sales.
Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing high-value, complex contracts.

Location: 6th Floor, Pico Plaza, No. 20 Cong Hoa Street, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working Hours: 8.30 am - 6 pm, Monday – Saturday morning
