Understanding of production processes, have a working knowledge of all the various roles, functions, capabilities, equipment, and applications within the Broadcast/Online/Content Production area.
Understand financial acumen to cost based on brief, balance, and reconcile production budgets
Understand creative requirements for each project brief (tone of film / images, visual style, music and audio)
Ballparking and scheduling of creative.
Bid/Propose, review, and negotiate production estimates, treatments.
Arrange briefings with the client/agency, agree a quote, assign lead team, conduct kick-off meetings, schedule client reviews, distribute feedback. Track costs and manage project progress.
Provide timely notification to the team on changes to budget and/or schedule.
Be responsible for checking that all material needed to undertake a job has been requested and is on the system in the correct place.
Check and sign off invoices before going to client/agency and send regular updates of costs incurred so far.
Ensure that the assigned projects are produced to a high creative standard, delivered on time and within the agreed budget.
Understand standard broadcast technologies; make sure the post-producers and operators are using these technologies correctly.
Relationship Management
Maintains relationships with client and agency teams
Build relationships with and between Producers, Operators and Client Servicing teams.
Attend pre-production, production, post-production, and tech briefing and be the point person between the two areas of the business.
Vendor Management
Helps maintain vendor/supplier relationships
Helps in admin-related tasks, i.e. vendor accreditation, follow-ups: ensuring vendors are paid on agreed timelines, etc
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in a Production company.
A strong understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production process
Primary fluency in Thai, efficiency in English is a plus.
