Senior General Ledger Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts accurately and timely

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet schedules, and supporting documentation

• Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls

• Support internal and external audit processes

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve accounting issues

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and system implementation if needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in General Ledger or accounting-related roles

• Good knowledge of Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, or similar)

• Strong attention to detail, with good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills
