    Sales Manager

    Position Details

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic planning for headhunt new logo and upsell with assigned accounts.
    • Lead annual planning and growth productivity framework processes.
    • Act on defined strategy for account relations
    • Partners with leaders and teams across the organization to close sales opportunities and improve, redefine processes for results.
    • Achieve revenue goals and profitability targets.
    • Develop, Validate, Qualify, and Close sales opportunities.


    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • At least 15 years of direct - sales experience in IT services/ consulting industry, with a minimum of 3 years in services sales from current role. Strong in Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive sector with existing network from these sectors.
    • Experience in Closing deal size from 0.5M USD cover proposal and bidding process in areas on management services, consulting etc.,
    • Demonstrated success in account leadership roles, meeting or exceeding sales and revenue objectives and building client relationships.
    • Leadership and strategic planning capabilities, effective communication skills, and a history of contributing to business growth.
    • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

    Additional Requirements

    • Experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing new products or services for large scale business entities.
    • Experience selling new and emerging technologies.
    • Proven sales leadership originating and closing technology services opportunities.
    • Client facing
    • Has or will earn credibility with Technology and other executives.
    • Global & international networking experience
    • High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure.
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills - both written and verbal
    • Team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to interface and negotiate with client executives.
