Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 15 years of direct - sales experience in IT services/ consulting industry, with a minimum of 3 years in services sales from current role. Strong in Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive sector with existing network from these sectors.
Experience in Closing deal size from 0.5M USD cover proposal and bidding process in areas on management services, consulting etc.,
Demonstrated success in account leadership roles, meeting or exceeding sales and revenue objectives and building client relationships.
Leadership and strategic planning capabilities, effective communication skills, and a history of contributing to business growth.
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Additional Requirements
Experience in conceptualizing, planning, and implementing new products or services for large scale business entities.
Experience selling new and emerging technologies.
Proven sales leadership originating and closing technology services opportunities.
Client facing
Has or will earn credibility with Technology and other executives.
Global & international networking experience
High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure.
