Sales Logistics Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilitie

• You will be responsible for preparing the rolling sales forecast. • You will be responsible for inventory management and preparing the weekly report.

• You will be responsible for tracking warehouse expenses and verifying debit notes received from distributor.

• You will be responsible for coordinating with the accounting firm to prepare and raise Purchase Orders to India, and release invoices to the distributor.

• You will be responsible for participating in the tendering process to enlist products to the hospital formulary.

• You will be responsible for coordinating with the partner Pharmaceutical firm and ensuring timely product delivery to hospitals and clinics.

• You will be responsible for collaborating with the Head Office colleagues for timely importation.

• You will be responsible for supporting the Distributor logistic team with importation documents.

• You will be responsible for preparing the sales MIS and updating the team on sales and inventory every week.

• You will be responsible for fulfilling compliance obligations on time.

• Your internal network will include the Hospital Access Manager, NSMs, and the Product and Access Manager.

• Your external network will include the Distributor and Accounting firm.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Attributes

Educational qualification:

A Bachelor of science or any equivalent qualifications

Minimum work experience:

3 years of experience in sales support and logistics

Skills & attributes:

• Strong process orientation.

• Good knowledge of tendering and enlisting.

• Good knowledge of customs and importation.

• Proficiency in using a computer and its applications.
