- Enlarge business relationships with potential new customer: Seeking information, Contact, Arrange an appointment, negotiate, ... to ensure revenue targets in assigned market share/area.
- Kindly welcome and appreciate customers coming to use products and service of the hotel.
- Communicate group needs and specifications to all relevant departments. Work with group contacts to facilitate program planning and requirements.
- Keeping check the customer experience to ensure all engagements are fully performed and provided, including getting feedback from customers.
- Up-sell and promote hotel’s facilities and services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue.
- Other tasks as assigned by managers
Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Events Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
- Good communication and customer contact skills
