Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and recommend compliance with safety, occupational health, and environmental laws in the workplace.

• Implement and monitor safety activities according to the annual plan.

• Conduct safety patrol activities to inspect safety areas.

• Provide guidance, training, and education to employees on safety.

• Summarize and prepare safety reports for government agencies as required by law.

• Inspect, assess, and measure the work environment.

• Conduct hazard identification activities, analyze causes, and establish preventive measures, corrective actions, and improvements.

• Assess workplace safety risks.

• Develop emergency plans and conduct annual emergency and fire drill exercises.

• Organize meetings for the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Committee.

• Supervise and inspect the work of contractors and individuals working within the company to ensure compliance with work safety regulations.

• Manage the Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Energy (SHE&En) standards system.

• Collect statistics, analyze data, and prepare reports, including recommendations on incidents and occupational illnesses related to safety.

• Regularly report the progress, problems, and obstacles of occupational health, safety, and environmental work to management.

• Create manuals and standards on workplace safety for employees or relevant individuals to use.

• Coordinate safety operations with various internal and external units, including relevant government agencies.
  
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degrees in Occupational Health and Safety

• Experience in occupational health, safety, environmental, and energy management for a minimum of 8 years.

• Understanding of laws and regulations related to occupational health and safety

• Risk analysis and risk assessment methods in the workplace

• Knowledge of standards and procedures related to occupational health and safety

• Planning and implementation of safety and health programs in the workplace

• Investigation and analysis of accidents, near misses, and writing reports

• Risk management and problem-solving related to occupational health and safety

• Development and implementation of training programs to enhance accident prevention and workplace health

• Understanding of principles and techniques of environmental and energy management related to work
