Renewal Executive (Chuyên viên Tái tục)

• Manage and oversee the company’s full renewal portfolio.

• Generate and provide accurate quotations for standard products.

• Distribute and follow up on all renewal quotations to customers in a timely manner.

• Engage with customers to secure renewals and win back clients.

• Maintain and update customer data in the company's systems.

• Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and align on renewal strategies and processes.

• Handle other duties as assigned to support the team's objectives.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate. A degree in a relevant field and/or a professional insurance qualification is preferred.

• Proven experience in an insurance or customer-facing role.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Vietnamese.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose effective solutions for customer issues.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
