Develop and expand the B2B customer network, focusing on key industries such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, and Warehousing.
Drive revenue growth by negotiating and securing contracts with corporate clients (e.g., supermarket chains, manufacturers, and distributors).
Provide consulting on B2B logistics solutions, including optimal transportation models, warehousing, and fulfillment services.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution, transparent tracking, and optimized lead times.
Recruit, train, and manage a B2B Sales team, setting KPIs and ensuring high performance in deal closures.
Analyze market data, monitor business performance, and propose pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
Generate periodic reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and market trends to optimize revenue growth.
II. Qualifications:
At least 7 years of solid experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in domestic transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, or fulfillment services for enterprise clients.
Proven track record in logistics solution consulting and competitive bidding for major brands, particularly in the 3PL (Third-Party Logistics).
Demonstrated leadership in building, training, and managing high-performance sales teams, with the ability to drive execution in dynamic, target-driven environments.
