Regional IOS Controller

Job Description

• Be a financial business partner with Subsidiary BU head and FA head.

• Work collaboratively with subsidiaries FA head for deliver financial performance and insightful analysis of main business unit to stakeholders.

• Drive to implement sales and margin analysis for region Asia Pacific subsidiaries in SAP ERP/B1 for main business unit.

• Implement and deliver region OPEX analysis.

• Order Backlog monitoring and analysis.

• Maintain and develop visualize dashboard for region in POWER BI.

• Create detailed Excel-based financial models and business cases.

• Support the region sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Lead /participate in continuous improvement activities for enhancing the financial process for profitability and revenue growth.

• Support to ensure Corporate and Regional Guidelines are implemented.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, business administration or related fields

• Business controllers experience up to five years.

• Knowledge of Accounting standards and internal control processes and procedures.

• Auditor background is advantage.

• Very high attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong knowledge in Excel and Power BI is mandatory.

• SAP knowledge is an advantage (ERP/B1).

• Excellent English and communication skills, as communication throughout 10+ countries in Asia Pacific is required, also communication with the HQ in Germany.

• Able to work under multi-cultural environment.

• High flexibility, good time management.

• Willing to work in Bangna area.
