Regional Ice Cream Supply Chain Finance & Transformation Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Drive F4G (Fuel for Growth) agenda and delivery for path to profitability improvement.
• Provide financial insights of SC productivity and investment ROI across P&L
• Work with cross markets and function teams build F4G project funnels and run the governance.
• Develop business cases of big bets of cost and cash optimization and drive the value realization.

Requirements

• Professional in accounting and control knowledge, experiencing in costing and full P&L.
• Able to process massive data and able to present the data efficiently to support business decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant to finance/accounting, higher education background and financial certificates (CICPA/ACCA etc.) is a plus.
• Strong communications skill in English.
• 5 years+ experience in finance.
• Experience in managing supply chain cost is a must.
