Regional General Manager (Indochina)

Key responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Manage properties owners’ expectation on property’s performance.
• Planning and implementing strategies to achieve regional/countries goals and objectives.
• Developing and executing business plans that align with the company’s vision and to ensure property teams are provided clear goals and objectives.
• Ensure all assigned function heads deliver Frasers’ service and product in accordance to the Frasers Gold Standard Product and Services and achieve optimal business growth and profits.
• Work closely with the respective corporate departments (E.g. Global/Regional Sales & Marketing, Regional Operations, Human Resource, Finance & IT) to ensure that operations of all the properties in the assigned region are in alignment with the corporate business and sales strategies.
• Ensure all assigned function heads fully understands budgeting process and how to fully evaluate and address underperforming financial areas revealed in the monthly flash and Asset Management reports.
• Periodically audits/visit properties for compliance with all brand standards.
• The role requires you to perform pre-opening functions for new and takeover properties and to conduct appropriate Pre-Opening Properties training when necessary.
• Work proactively with the Human Resources team in recruiting, retaining, and developing our managers.
• Ensure all assigned function heads implement the Policies & Procedures that fully achieve the desired level of corporate governance to pass both internal and external audits.

Key Qualifications

• Master Degree in Hospitality Management or similar discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing multiple hotels/properties across Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.
• Preferably having recent work experience in Bangkok, Thailand
• Thai language proficiency will be added advantage but not necessary.
• Able to start immediately
