Position Details
- Nhận & phân tích yêu cầu tuyển dụng, tư vấn JD và mức lương. - Sourcing, phỏng vấn, thẩm định ứng viên (LinkedIn, TopCV, referral...). - Điều phối lịch phỏng vấn, theo sát phản hồi, hỗ trợ chốt offer. - Quản lý dữ liệu trên ATS, báo cáo KPI hàng tuần. - (Đối với Consultant cấp cao) Mở rộng tệp khách hàng, phát triển mạng lưới. - Take detailed job briefs and advise on JD & salary. - Source, interview and assess candidates (LinkedIn, TopCV, referrals, etc.). - Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and support offer negotiation. - Maintain candidate/client data in ATS; report KPIs weekly. - (Senior level) Grow client portfolio and professional network.
