    RAIMON LAND - Personal Assistant

    Position Details

    Responsibilities:

    • Work as personal assistant to support the executives and family as required.
    • Communicate and coordinate with related departments such as secretary, household staff, driver, organizer, etc. to ensure all service operation run smoothly during any events such as birthday event, party, etc.
    • Accompany the executives to events and manage all public relations matters such as taking photos and creating content on social media.
    • Coordinating events and parties, including arranging catering and entertainment.
    • Arranging travel plans, including making reservations and coordinating transportation.
    • Handling administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing household finances and managing any documents.
    • Ensuring the household runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
    • Support all requests.


    Qualification:

    • Previous experience as a butler, personal assistant or in a similar role.
    • Knowledge of formal etiquette and protocol.
    • Service-minded with strong negotiation skills are a must.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving skill and time management skills.
    • The ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)                      
    • A flexible schedule, as some weekend and evening work may be required.
