Quản lý Cửa hàng / Cửa hàng Trưởng – Khu vực Tây Hồ

Position Details

Manage a 1,000m2 store at Lotte Mall Tây Hồ, leading a team of 20–25 members.
Supervise and mentor employees, handling recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
Optimize inventory levels through strategic ordering, regular stock counts, and effective replenishment.
Ensure the store’s visual merchandising is attractive and engaging to drive customer footfall.
Enforce store policies, including cash handling, loss prevention, and safety protocols.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to draw new customers and retain existing ones.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare comprehensive reports on sales, inventory, and key performance indicators for informed decision-making.
