1. Develop Financial Models to align with various situations of the company.
2. Prepare efficient reports based on data analysis to update financial institution submission projects.
3. Create Cashflow projections for assigned projects to estimate the company's cash flow.
4. Collaborate and coordinate with different departments to prepare the company's annual budget.
5. Conduct valuations for the company and its subsidiaries under responsibility.
6. Compile and gather data from various perspectives for approvals and disbursements within the company and other projects.
7. Prepare supportive documents for capital procurement aligned with plans and objectives.
8. Support organizational fundraising efforts, coordinate documentation, and manage relationships with financial institutions.
9. Perform other special assignments as directed by superiors.

คุณสมบัติหลัก

1.  Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial-related work.
3. Possesses knowledge and understanding of finance and banking to analyze the company's business.
4. Analyzes budgets and company expenses, including financial credit.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
6. Demonstrates good proficiency in accounting and financial systems software.
7. Confident, leadership-oriented, and responsible in their role.
8. Detail-oriented, quick, and accurate in their work.
9. Capable of working as part of a team.
10. Knowledgeable in law and taxation.
11. Able to work under high pressure.
12. Highly skilled in using Excel.
13. Experience in running business cash flow.
14. Experience in the real estate and financial advisory (FA) fields will be considered favorably.
