Monitor and maintain the operational health of financial systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
Work closely with development teams to implement and validate fixes and enhancements in the production environment.
Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and Terraform for efficient deployment and rollback of applications is a plus.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and enhancements, focusing on stability and scalability.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to production support processes and system configurations.
Participate in the continuous improvement of production support procedures, including automation of repetitive tasks.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
Perform ad-hoc tasks.

Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related fields.
0-10 years’ experience in a production support role, with a strong focus on Java technologies, including SpringBoot and SQL. (Fresh Grad is Welcome)
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure, with a focus on quick recovery and minimizing impact.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with AWS lambda, Python and React is a plus
Knowledge in Banking business is a plus (e.g., Financial Marketing, Trading)
Experiencing with Agile methodology
Experience in using Jira/Confluence/SharePoint is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
