Production Line Supervisor

1. Ensure finished goods are consistently produced according to established standards (compliance), on schedule, and meeting consumer expectations.

2. Effectively manage the Daily Operating Review (DOR), ensuring the exchange of information (cascading targets/escalating issues) for alignment with short-term objectives, and the Weekly Operating Review (WOR), Monthly Operating Review (MOR) for medium- and long-term goals, to achieve the production plan and identify and achieve performance improvements. Motivate, guide, support, and coach resources to achieve objectives and act in accordance with NCE guidelines.

3. Maintain a safe working environment compliant with local laws, striving for zero accidents through continuous coaching on safety behaviors. Support Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) in monthly SUP-PM reports and SHE compliance.

4. Develop and execute a workforce development program that provides appropriate flexibility for the workforce and assets. Focus on material availability, finished goods quality, and on-time delivery through optimal resource allocation.

5. Lead a continuous improvement/employee involvement culture through the NCE approach. Drive for excellence and support operators and staff in their tasks.

6. Provide timely feedback and coaching to individuals and the team to develop their full potential and achieve objectives in accordance with NCE guidelines.

7. Ensure the ongoing smooth operation of the factory through effective employee and industrial relations.

8. Supervise the production process from materials to finished products to control material losses.

9. Monitor the production process and machine status to identify non-conforming products. Coach operators to identify the root cause of issues and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
