Job Responsibilities

• Conceptualization and Design:
• Utilize interior design expertise to develop and propose innovative design solutions for various spaces.
• Create comprehensive design plans that balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget constraints.
• Cost Estimation and Budgeting:
• Perform detailed cost estimations for design proposals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish, manage, and adhere to project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for investment.
• Vendor Management:
• Act as a liaison between contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Source and coordinate the purchase of materials and furnishings through both local sources and online platforms.
• Project Coordination:
• Oversee project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with contractors and team members to maintain project momentum and address any issues.
• Quality Assurance:
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that designs are executed according to plan and meet established standards.
• Problem Solving:
• Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that arise during the project.
• Implement effective solutions to ensure project continuity and success.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in interior design project management.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and furnishings.
