Polyester Marketing and Sales

Responsibilities

• Operation duties such as data entry via SAP system for issuing Sales order, Sales Contract, etc.
• To arrange sales report (PSF) with cross check data from system and submit to manager
• Coordinate with all concerned parties to process work smoothly
• To check in OCA from sales team before input data in system (SAP)
• Others as assigned by supervisor 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or export documentation
• Strong in organizing, coordinating, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer literacy or SAP system.
• Good command of English
