PMO Business Planning (FP&A) (Shopee)

Job Description

• Utilise data analytics tools to generate financial reports and dashboards from Big Data, and present actionable insights to management team for its decision making on strategic short-term and long-term goals

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline business processes for cost optimisation, value creation and process efficiency enhancement

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of business trends, industry benchmarks and competitive landscape

• Partner with Operation team, to plan, manage and control operations costs and understand operational drivers impacting actual results

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with a variety of different stakeholders from both Regional and Local teams, including functional leaders, process owners and management teams
  
  

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Finance, Business, Accountancy or related fields

• Working experience in strategy/financial planning and analysis, preferably in the e-Commerce, logistics, consulting or related industries

• Proficiency in SQL would be an advantage

• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Strong commercial sense, strategic thinking & sophisticated analytical and data visualisation skills

• Strong team player, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present financial information to stakeholders

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
