Plant Controller

Principal Accountabilities

• Review daily & weekly Operational performance and prepare relevant financial KPIs
• Prepare Monthly Operational performance reports & KPIs (Actual vs Budget & Forecast)
• Be the key driver of financial side of Operational projects
• Work with Plant Managers to quantify savings & Waste reduction projects
• Be the key support to the Operations Director for all finance focus areas
• Manage Operation Budget, forecasting
• Manage CAPEX budget and submissions of CAPEX requests (CEAV)
• Proactively drive operational efficiencies within the operations team by ensuring financial support & analysis
• Be the owner of COGS reporting including Standard costing process and ensuring P&L conversion variance is true and accurate
• Be the owner of all direct cost reporting and ensuring that it is true and accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
• Member of relevant Accounting body (CIMA, ACCA, CA etc)
• 5 years of experience
• Experience in an operational/manufacturing environment & familiarity with continuous improvement tools.
• Experience in cross functional projects.
• Thai native, and English fluent
• Expert in Microsoft office tools
