Key Responsibilities:
Payment Channel & Merchant Operations:
- Oversee and manage payment channels and merchant relationships to ensure seamless integration and operation.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of payment processes.
Channel Management:
- Identify, onboard, and manage new payment channels to expand market reach and improve service offerings.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Efficiency Improvement:
- Streamline operational processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to address operational challenges.
Internal Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer support to ensure alignment and drive project success.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to support operational goals and objectives.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze payment data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategy formulation.
Web 3 Industry Knowledge (Preferred):
- Leverage an understanding of the Web 3.0 industry to enhance payment solutions and adapt to evolving trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in payment operations, channel management, or a similar role within the financial technology or payment industry.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with Web 3.0 technologies and trends is highly desirable.
