About The Role:
We are looking for a Pattern/Textile Designer to develop unique, trend-driven surface designs and textile graphics that align with the brand’s aesthetic and product direction. This role combines creativity and technical expertise in textile/pattern design to deliver prints, graphics, and all-over designs that enhance product collections across categories such as apparel, accessories, and lifestyle goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Research seasonal trends, colors, and print directions relevant to lifestyle, fashion, and textile industries.
Create all-over patterns, textile repeats, and placement graphics for apparel, bags, and accessories.
Collaborate with the design and product development teams to ensure prints and patterns align with collection concepts.
Develop technical repeat files ready for production, ensuring scalability and accuracy.
Prepare colorways and variations for different product applications.
Work with suppliers and factories to ensure color, scale, and quality consistency in production samples.
Build and maintain a library of textile graphics, patterns, and design references.
Support branding projects by developing graphic elements that complement the brand’s visual identity.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
3+ years of experience in pattern design, textile graphics, or fashion print design.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, and surface pattern design tools.
Ability to translate trend research into commercial yet distinctive designs.
Detail-oriented, with strong sense of composition, scale, and color theory.
Experience working with international markets (U.S./Europe) is a plus.
Salary and Bonuses
Range salary: attractive salary, plus a 13th-month salary and an annual profit-sharing bonus.
Annual performance evaluation and salary adjustment.
Monthly attendance bonus of 300,000-500,000 VND.
Longevity bonuses.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1.5-hour lunch break). Saturday mornings may be required, with the option to work remotely or at the office, depending on the workload.
