Paralegal: Legal Assistant Intern

Responsibilities

• Supporting team with communication with external law firms on signing and keeping engagement letters, paying their invoices etc.
• Assisting with drafting and reviewing simple documents such as NDAs or POAs.
• Legal research on various topics.
• Developing and Maintaining documents archiving including agreements, NDA, POAs, product registration documents.
• Other Administrative support to the team.

Qualifications

• Law students or Fresh graduates who are interested to work in Law.
• Able to do full-time internship for 6 months.
• Personable & diligent candidate required who is eager to learn quickly.
• Can handle workloads efficiently and is comfortable with exposure to stakeholders throughout the business.
• Good Command of English.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, innovative, and thrive to success!
