Painting Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible to maintain a safe work environment through tracking and investigation of accidents.

• Leader for Paint Shop and liquid spray-painting operations.

• Accountable for production achievement, inspection of Paint Kitchen, paint viscosity, consumables cost, paint consumption, defect control, loss analysis, and manpower management.

• Manage new projects and development of new paint schemes/shades, paint testing, and process fine-tuning as per customer requirements.

• Ensure adequate stock of paint, thinner, consumables, and shop supplies at plant and supplier end to avoid line stoppage.

• Ensure legal compliance related to hazardous waste generation, monitoring, disposal, and CO2 bullet.

• Responsible for output across 3-shift production engineers and labor contractors with their operating manpower.

• Maintain system updates – Aspect & Impact, HIRA.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance for paint booth, liquid spray-painting booth, filters, booth balancing, pretreatment process tank cleaning, I-Beam & power & free conveyor lubrication, oven cleaning & calibration through TTR, and paint kitchen equipment spares management.

• Responsible for ultrasonic cleaning line production achievement.
