Position Details
Receive booking forecasts and booking requests (BR) from customers, coordinate with Carriers to arrange booking releases, and confirm bookings (BC) to customers through the system.
Work closely with Carriers to resolve all issues related to customers’ export shipments, including schedule changes, vessel delays or omissions, mis-connections, space or container shortages, payment, and invoicing challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams—trucking, customs clearance, tracking, billing—to handle daily tasks and address issues such as container swaps, booking revisions, CY cut-off extensions, and vessel delays.
Prepare and upload the Optimal Carrier Master Data biannually.
Assist the team leader in generating reports (e.g., booking status, MQC).
Maintain and strive to improve the 1st Carrier KPI.
Troubleshoot and resolve job-related issues promptly.
Complete additional tasks and assignments as directed by the direct manager and local management.
