Nhân Viên Chứng Từ

Location: Cụm công nghiệp Kiến Thành, ấp 3, xã Long Cang, huyện Cần Đước, tỉnh Long An (cách HCM khoảng 1h đi xe). Công ty có xe đưa đón nhân viên ở HCM (nếu cần), tập trung tại quận 1 lúc 7h30, chiều về lúc 5h15.

• Prepare, verify, and finalize full sets of export documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (C/O), Phytosanitary Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, and other shipping documents in accordance with sales contracts or L/C terms.

• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, QC, Warehouse, and Production to gather accurate shipment details for documentation purposes.

• Liaise with third parties such as freight forwarders, shipping lines, inspection companies, fumigation service providers, quarantine authorities, banks, and trade offices to ensure smooth documentation and shipment processing.

• Handle documentation under L/C and T/T payment terms: prepare documents as per L/C conditions, submit to banks, and track the payment status.

• Register for plant quarantine and fumigation services for each shipment; follow up on sample collection, inspection results, and issuance of required certificates.

• Monitor fumigation schedules and ensure that certificates are received on time and correctly issued.

• Supervise or coordinate on-site operational tasks at loading points or ports, including container stuffing, sealing, weighing, and sampling processes.

• Monitor vessel schedules, booking confirmations, cut-off dates, and ensure timely delivery and dispatch of shipments as per the plan.

• Coordinate and resolve any on-site or documentation-related issues that may arise during cargo handling or customs clearance.

• Organize, archive, and manage export documentation in a systematic and accessible manner.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager or department head.
