Multimedia Design Specialist, Business Operations

Produce multimedia content (video, motion graphics, animation, visual assets) for digital channels, internal communications, and external campaigns.

Conceptualize and execute video projects — including scripting, filming, editing, sound design, and post-production.

Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics for branding, product demos, event visuals, and social media content.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Internal Communications, and Product, to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and project goals.

Maintain and operate multimedia equipment and software, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output.

Stay updated with emerging multimedia trends and tools to continuously innovate and elevate content quality.

Liaise with external vendors or freelancers when additional production support is needed.

Provide technical guidance and support for multimedia-related issues within the team or during company events.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in multimedia production, including hands-on experience in motion design and video editing.

A compelling portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical skill, and versatility across different formats.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya is a strong plus.

Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
