Mobile Banking Specialist (AEC)
Job Description
• Collaborate with business strategy team to look for new opportunities in mobile banking channel strategy to achieve business target in AEC countries.
• Collaborate with related teams to set up and execute Digital channel marketing strategy for acquisition and usage.
• Co-ordinate with related stakeholders and lead business requirements to design, implement, UAT, PVT and enhance Mobile Application in AEC countries.
• Initiate, develop and manage customer experience and requirements on UX/UI for retail customers
• Collaborate with related stakeholders to ensure smooth system operation, oversea channel/feature performances and fix or improve related mobile banking app features or solutions.
• Research about the future and new trends in payment technology systems and electronic businesses.
Qualifications
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Channel Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Information technology or related fields.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in internet banking or mobile banking field ( preferable 5 ++ years or more for senior level).
• Strong in communication, management and presentation skill, high achievement drive.
• Good English Communication
