MEP Construction Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, review and inspect in MEP system to meet the requirements.
• Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.
• Creating plans and designs using CAD technology.
• Estimating budgets, time and scopes of work for each project.
• Implement cost-effective plans and schedules in MEP system for project completion.
• Collaborating with project managers, team member, internal and external parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
• Licensed engineer.
• Strong knowledge and experience in MEP system.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the mechanical and electrical engineering field (retail mall is preferred).
• Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD, MS Office and related programs.
• Ability to review and design MEP system for an assigned project.
• Ability to review installation and final commissioning in MEP system for an assigned project.
• Ability to provide necessary information and guidance to related parties.
• Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions.
• Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate in English.
