Membership Marketing Manager

Job Description:

• Understand the needs and behavior of membership market customers.
• Analyze customer data, marketing environment, and competitors to create effective marketing strategies.
• Plan, manage, and execute marketing activities and promotional campaigns aimed at driving customer engagement and boosting product and service sales in line with company targets.
• Strategically plan and supervise sales promotion campaigns to attract membership market customers.
• Manage and control the marketing budget efficiently to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Plan and oversee the use of GWP (Gifts With Purchase), cash vouchers, and necessary promotional materials and equipment.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, including the preparation of comprehensive performance reports. Use insights to improve future promotions.
• Supervise and guide subordinates to ensure efficient performance and achievement of team goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or customer engagement, preferably in a membership or retail business.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
