In detail, you will:

• Industrialize New Products, according to Electrolux product creation procedures.
• Coordinate project engineers assigned to the project, in agreement with BA ME Manger PL Taste
• Align with ME Architecture PL Taste team on Architecture roadmap.
• Ensure the integration of new equipment in the plant (specifically when it comes to layout, connectivity, material flow, etc.)
• Supervise tech specs preparation and their alignment to group standards and technology roadmap
• Supervise supplier offer, checking their adherence to tech specs and to budget amount
• Maintain alignment with R&D inputs, also through ME Architecture Manager PL Taste
• Ensure the respect of project KPIs: timing, quality, capex, costs
• Prepare Manufacturing Engineering deliverables for new Product Projects (EPM) and Capex Steering teams.
• Analyze production capacity, develop plan to shape manufacturing set-up according to strategy.
• Lead production feasibility analysis in virtual environments and ensure implementation of digital manufacturing solution.
• Research and facilitate innovative solutions for smart and optimal manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge and experience in project management, manufacturing process and layout design, process capability and quality control systems
• Good knowledge of industrial equipment, Lean manufacturing, equipment safety norms, and P-FMEA methodology.
• Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Auto CAD skills
• MS office skills
• Good command of English
