Marketing & Communication Officer/ Staff

Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the creative marketing and communication strategies to attract targeted audiences via offline and online marketing tools.
• Work closely with the strategy and product development unit to have a good understanding of customer needs, business opportunities and challenges for identifying suitable marketing communication solutions.
• Prepare agency briefs and statement of work documentation for the projects to achieve the target timeline and budget requirement.
• Ensure that all communications and marketing materials looks connected and aligns with the corporate and brand direction.
• Monitor the campaign’s performance and ROI as well as continue to improve them.
• Provide and analyses the meaningful insights of industry news and trends to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in brand & marketing communications experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of marketing and media landscape and keep track of trends and developments in this area.
• Familiarity with graphic design is a plus.
• Able to prioritize work under time pressure
