The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will manage a team of 2-3 people, providing leadership and guidance.
• You will support the demand planning team by executing tasks related to promotions and marketing initiatives.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute demand generation campaigns.
• You will monitor the daily performance of promotions for the demand planning team.
• You will improve operational workflows to ensure efficiency and reduce errors.
• You will handle daily ad-hoc requests related to demand generation tools from demand and other teams.
• You will design and execute in-app communication messages such as push notifications and inbox messages.
• You will work with the creative team to develop communication assets for marketing campaigns and promotions.
• You will assist the team with marketing administration and operations tasks.

Qualifications

What Skills You Will Need:

• A minimum 3 years of work experience in marketing communication, sales, PR, copy writer, social media or any written communication related fields
• Highly detail-oriented person: ensure the accuracy of operations execution
• Good command in Thai and English (TOEIC score >= 800 and fluency in spoken and written English is preferred)
• Resourceful and creative: Can develop creative, innovative ideas for marketing through different channels to reach, engage and grow.
• Computer literacy is required e.g., MS-office, Excel
• A start-up attitude – willing to work hard to get things done, courage and curiosity to try new things learn from own mistakes
