    Manager, Business Operational Risk Advisory and Project Coordinator

    Position Details

    Key Responsibilities:


    Business Operational Risk Advisory

    • Collaborate with product managers and process owners to identify and address risk and control issues related to business process.
    • Provide expert advice on risk management practices and control enhancements.
    • Analyze issues raised by the business or identified through internal and external reviews.
    • Develop and implement effective control measures to mitigate identified risks.
    • Monitor the progress of issue remediation and ensure timely completion of corrective action plans.
    • Ensure that control processes are robust and aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
    • Coordinate with various business units and process owners to ensure the effective implementation of corrective actions.
    • Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of risk and control issues.


    Project Coordinator

    • Provide administrative support to the project manager including scheduling meeting, preparing agenda and taking minute
    • Coordinate and communication with related parties to provide updates and gather information
    • Partnership with stakeholder to implement end-to-end process to improve productivity & efficiency across the bank and mitigate any risks that may occur in the process.
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular update on project status to management through month PFS AML, Risk and Control Forum
    • Utilize data analytic to gather insights into process performance and identify problem or gap.
    • Make data driven recommendations for process improvement and optimizations.
    • Escalate any project issues or project delay to management/ project governance.


    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management or related fields.
    • At least 5 years experienced in operational risk management, process improvement or audit background is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of operational risk management principles and methodologies.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong team player with good communication, presentation, people management and negotiation skill
    • Ability to work under pressure time management and work independently
    • Data analysis, Banking process knowledge will be advantage
