Job Description:

• Store Maintenance: Oversee store maintenance to keep everything in top condition.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and fix maintenance issues quickly.
• Vendor Management: Handle quotes, orders, and communication with vendors.
• Data Management: Collect and manage information on standard materials.
• Construction Knowledge: Apply basic construction knowledge to your work.
• Service F1 Use: Efficiently use the Service F1 maintenance app.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 5 years as a Maintenance Manager, data management.
• App Proficiency: Experience with the Service F1 maintenance application.
• Skills: Basic construction knowledge, strong organizational skills, and good communication.
