Description
We are seeking a dynamic Media Planning Manager to spearhead strategic marketing campaigns on Makro Pro. This individual will collaborate with our product, sales, and marketing teams to strategize and execute campaigns that align with market trends and customer behavior.
- Develop campaign strategies through market trend and competitor analysis.
- Select campaign themes and continuously identify trends.
- Review and manage products proposed by the commercial team.
- Analyze and optimize the GMV of campaigns.
- Drive customer traffic through various campaigns.
- Report and analyze campaign performance.
- Propose and execute strategic improvements based on campaign performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to align on campaign strategies and execution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and customer behavior data to align the campaign strategy accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communication or other related field
- Experience in driving marketing service sales
- Experience in campaign management and basic marketing KPIs
- Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to business objectives
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, and campaign management is required
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience in running digital campaigns are required
- Proficiency in data management skills: MS-Excel (Professional Level), Outlook, Analytics Platform, Marketplace Back-end platform
