Logistics Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Continuous Improvement team within logistics, comprising Product, Project, UX and Data specialists.
• Take ownership of identifying, prioritizing, and implementing process and product improvements across the logistics function.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and align improvement initiatives with customer demands and supply chain requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive benchmarking analyses of pickup, delivery, line haul, and sorting operations to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aimed at enhancing the coordination and performance of our logistics network.
• Drive change management efforts within logistics, ensuring effective implementation and adoption of improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to logistics operations, continuously striving for improvement and operational excellence.
• Demonstrate effective upward communication and management to align improvement efforts with organizational strategies and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience optimizing end-to-end logistics processes
• Strong command of Google suite; familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability in project management, leading complex logistics improvement initiatives from inception to successful implementation.
• Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts and warehousing.
• Adaptive to dynamic environments, capable of managing shifting priorities and making informed decisions under pressure.
• Willingness and capability to engage in on-ground operational activities to gain insights and drive practical improvements.
